Hiring process was different. Made initial contact at a recruiting conference. Months later, after I had crossed them off my list of possibilities, I got called out of the blue and asked to come interview. I had 7 interviews in one day at the corporate office and flew back home that same night. Two days later they called me and offered me the job. There was no salary negotiation, just a take it or leave it.

Interview
Phone call from recruitment agent. Waste of time repeating everything listed in the resume. Took a lot of time for the interviewer to type whatever I was saying. Nothing technical or otherwise progressive beyond the resume itself.
