Was Contacted by a recruiter. Interview process involved 5 interviews- recruiter phone interview, Hiring Manager/HR, Corporate, On-site panel interview, Corporate HR interview.
1st interview involved behavioral questions, 2nd to 5th involved competency questions. Staff was generally friendly.
Do your research about the company, as it helps a lot for the 2nd - 5th interviews.

Phone Interview then face to face. Met with 3 people there. All except one were more interested in their own agenda and we talked more about their experiences personally than my own and what I could bring to the table. Very disappointing. I walked away with the feeling that there was dissention in the ranks and everyone was very tense.

Questions were very vague and non specific. Again, it seemed like they were unprepared for an interview and had their own agenda and really weren't 'there' mentally speaking. I felt like what I was saying was going in one ear and out the other.

On campus interview with recruiters, one read questions off of a sheet while other recruiter wrote down my answers. Supposedly they were sending this sheet to HR where they would make a decision. Basic vague behavioral questions.
