They arrange interviews, send you the interview invitation and all but at the time of the interview you will be all alone in the meeting. No one will join from the panel. The recruiter / HR doesn't reply to mail also. If you are serious about hiring then only arrange interviews. You guys can have plenty of free time to waste, that doesn't mean others are also like you guys.

I had a negative experience with the HR team during my hiring process. The process took almost two months to complete, and the HR team was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Although I received an offer letter, I declined it due to the HR team's behavior and attitude. I would only recommend joining the organization once the senior management trains the HR team to treat candidates with respect and professionalism. It is important for companies to understand the impact of their hiring practices on candidates and to strive for a positive candidate experience.
