Question 1
Competencys that are part of the civil service competency framework
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Home Office (Liverpool, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
The process was quite long and included the following steps: online tests, competency questions, assessment centre and face-to-face interview. The interview itself was the most pleasant part in my opinion as it merely required recounting something that actually happened only ensuring the account matched the desired positive indicators.
