I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IBM in Feb 2017
Interview
I interviewed via HireVue. 1 behavioral, 1 case, then 1 more behavioral. The interview lasts 2 hours. The case interview was a typical profit one where the interviewer asked you to identify the causes of declining profit. The interviewers were really nice and they showed a genuine interest in learning about you.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
As many people have mentioned here, the interview was pretty quick, smooth, and professionally done. I interviewed On-Campus and it was three 30 minute interviews back to back to back. The first two were behavioral and the last was the case.
In the first behavioral:
1) Walk me through your resume
2) Tell me about a time you had to had to solve a problem?
3) How would you define problem-solving in three characteristics?
4) Why IBM?
Second interview was also behavioral:
1) Walk me through your resume
2) Why IBM?
3) Tell me about a time a team member was slacking off, what did you do?
4) Tell me about a time you had to adapt to a different culture?
Third was the case:
Profits & Loss scenario. There are two pizza companies and one company has declining profits over the past year, why is this happening and what should they do?
Overall, it was a great experience. All the interviewers were nice and conversational. The head recruiter was extremely nice and friendly and helpful throughout the process with any questions I had. And finally, the coolest part was that IBM had some recent graduates from the program sitting in the waiting area of the interview room chatting to the candidates in between interviews. It was a great experience.

Interview
I applied through my University's career website. Received an email 3 days before the interview saying that I have been selected for the interview.
I interviewed on campus. It consists of 3 back-to-back interview that lasts for 30 minutes each. One of the interview was based on your resume, talking about your experiences. Second interview was a case interview. The last interview was a more behavioral type of interview (i.e. Tell me about an experience when you ...). There is no fixed sequence, you might have the case interview first.
The interviewers were very nice and very enthusiastic. The wanted you to feel relaxed and the interviews were very conversational. Case interview was challenging as it doesn't have any quantitative aspect to it but more of a qualitative case.
I was told that I will hear back within 2 weeks and I was.
