first round: english written test （gre level） second round: meet with manager of the project, asked about cv and some behavioral question. third round: meet with manager and partner, self-introduction, talk about a related project i have done before, some behavirol question, doing a presentation

It was straightforward, mostly behavioral, and questions asked to see the way you think where there is no right or wrong answer. Not the traditional case based interview at other consulting firms.
