I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Tysons Corner) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interviewed on campus (Penn State) and then in Tysons, VA (about two weeks later). Standard behavioral interview on campus and behavioral and group case for second interview round. Be able to work as a team, bounce off ideas, don't cut each other off, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
Applied online. Was contacted about 2 months later to do a virtual interview through HireView. After passing this round I was invited to DC, which they said would be the last round of interviews. The DC interview was split into two parts, a behavioral and a group case. Honestly, I was not very impressed with the whole process. It was disorganized and was apparent that not alot of thought was put into the logistics of the Super Interview Day. Interviewer was unprepared to conduct interviews. One-on-one interviews were conducted with another interview happening in the same room, which made it hard to hear if the other interviewer/interviewee was particularly loud. The super interview day was supposed to be the last interview but I got a call 3 weeks later to do another interview, which was over the phone. My interviewer made it seem as if I would be hired by his team and told me he would send me more details about that particular group but he never did and instead I got a generic rejection email a few days later. This has been the rudest interview interaction I have had thus far. Will never be looking for a job at IBM based on this experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
The interview was extremely comprehensive and efficient at the same time. They had me fill out a few forms the day beforehand that encapsulated my previous experiences. The interview itself asked a lot of behavioral questions. From the time I filled out the application to the time I got my result, the process was approximately four weeks.
