I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM (Zürich) in Jun 2018
Interview

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM (Herndon, VA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online. Had an in person interview in Herndon, VA. Interview consisted of a case study and a behavioral interview. The case study was mostly managerial type questions (How would you handle this scenario), and the behavioral interview asked about relevant experience and skills. Heard back about a week after the in person interview.

Question 1
Business Case, involving managerial questions about a project to build a mobile app for government workers
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Hongkong) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interview was 3 rounds on 3 Saturdays.
1st round: Individual presentation, Group Presentation, Written Test(Logical + Essay + Optional Code)
2nd round: Individual Interview - Behavioural + CV + Some Technical Questions
3rd round: Group Presentation to senior management + 5 min partner interview about career goals, fit in IBM, etc.
Its been 2 weeks since 3rd round but I haven't heard anything. I must say IBM HK HR is pathetic. They don't seem to be people centric and have no interest in understanding candidates timelines and answering their queries.
Update: I called IBM to talk to HR and they said that offers have already been sent out. So there you go, forget informing final round candidates why they didn't make the cut, they apparently don't feel the need to inform them about the decision also.
