I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
I had three 30-minute interviews. Two of them were behavioral and the third was a case study. I waited in a lobby with all of the other interviewees and was taken back to meet with individual interviewers by another IBM employee. I had never done a case study interview before and I found it extremely challenging. However, I enjoyed the behavioral interviews.

Question 1
What would you do if you were given a case you had no previous knowledge of and had to meet the clients in 6 hours (including fly time)?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Only had one round of interviews, as I attended a few of their on-campus events. Other people had an additional phone interview. Was flown out to the company site and had a behavioral and a case interview. Both were very straightforward and nothing to stress about. Overall a quick and easy experience.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why IBM? Why consulting? Why are you a good fit for IBM/what makes you more qualified than other candidates?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied through my school website. The interview consisted of 3 - 30 minute interviews. 1 case interview and 2 behavioral interviews. They contacted me within a week to extend me an offer. Their recruitment team was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. The behavioral interviews were pretty relaxed just looking for fit and the case interview was a bit challenging, but the interviewer helps you out if you struggle.
