I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Oct 2013
Interview
Interviewed at a university career fair. There was a three part interview that occurred over the course of 3 to 4 hours. There were 2 behavioral interviews which were 1 on 1. The last was a case study interview that was also 1 on 1. There were no additional interviews after this point.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
I went to a few info sessions at my university. The interview was 3 back-to-back interviews: 2 behavioral, 1 case. There were all 30 minutes. The case interview actually wasn't as bad as expected. Just buy the Case-In-Point book and memorize everything. Also, for one of your solutions, be sure to mention a technology idea!

Question 1
A lot of questions, such as, "Name a time when..."
I applied online. I interviewed at IBM in Oct 2015
Interview
There was a simple online application form with several short-answer questions covering motivations, competencies, and some commercial awareness. The online tests were easy enough.
There was no phone interview component- applicants were sent straight to a two-part assessment center:
Part #1 had 2 group exercises.
Part #2 had interviews.
Out of 25 applicants in my session, only 5 (not including me) made it to the second part, so I apologise for only being able to discuss the group activities.
We were set into groups of 5. One exercise involved a mathematical puzzle, and the second involved discussing and presenting ideas for an app. They were assessing how we worked in a team throughout, rather than the actual outcome (obviously).
I would have rated "positive review" if we weren't kept for over twice as long as advertised- close to 6 hours long due to huge amounts of waiting around. Additionally, they had an incredibly brutal policy of only giving lunch to the 5 successful applicants.
