Interview consisted multiple rounds of speaking about yourself or any topic assigned on the spot in English. They want people with neutral accent without any mother tongue influence (MTI). I was rejected saying that I have MTI in my accent even thought the interviewer himself had very high level of MTI in his accent compared to me.

It was overall a very good experience 13 of them got selected to the interview there was phone and they ask to speak on a particular topic and later asked ccn related questions .The engish accent was judged
