IBM Tech Support interview questions

I was interviewed at ibm in Bangalore. There were three rounds. In the first round they gave each of us a topic and we needed to speak on that topic for min of 1 min. They mostly check ua communication. Next round was a technical round in which general questions were asked from networking, OS nd all. Just the basic one. Then the hr round.

having a aptitude test followed by psychometric test then followed by technical and hr interview.once we clear aptitude we will have psychometric test which is little hard to clear and one should have to strong communication skills to crack the HR interview and there will be background verification to clear the process
