IKEA Cashier interview questions

Very casual and relaxed, the managers/team leads will interview and they were polite and professional. They represent the company well. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes. They asked very basic questions about my strengths and weaknesses, and also my experience with customer service.

two interviews and a mouth drug test. I was interview on the phone once, then an in person interview. i took my drug test and went to training. It was a really easy process.
