The hiring process is very simply. You sit down with one or two of the department managers and they ask you questions about yourself. These questions relate to how you would act or behave in front of customers and to find out if you are the right candidate for the position you are applying for.

Interview
I filled out an application for the cashier position online. I got a call from the department manager asking me to come in for an interview. The lady I interviewed with seemed very nice, and asked me basic questions. It went fairly well. She let me know that she or her manager would be calling me back for a second interview. A couple days later I got a call for a second interview. It actually wasn't an interview at all; they just let me know I got the job, went over a couple basics, and did an on-site drug test.

HR manager called me and had me do a group interview over the phone, then gave me the date and time for the actual interview and i met with the HR manager there for a first interview. then couple days later called me in for a second interview and then i met with my cash manager for the position and gave me an offer then and there
