IKEA Cashier interview questions

I was joining an IKEA that was currently being built up. So it was a little different from the average new hire.I applies online, and after a while I had gotten a call for a group interview. I was called to a temp office, and I knew little about the company beyond it sold furniture, the temp office gave little Idea what to expect. Once everyone arrived they called us into a room and divided us into groups of four, with a manager taking notes of one particular group. They told us about the company and all it offered etc. Showed us clips of what to expect on opening, there was anticipation for a large group excited for the new store. Then we were asked to stand up and say a little about ourselves. They then gave us a group exercise asking a question with no really right answer, my guess is to determine how we talked out answers with the others, not really concerned for the answers. Then we were asked to move around tables to another group of 4 and asked to do another activity, this time build a paper tower. Again to see how you worked with the others. After that we got called out in groups and divided into one on one interviews with the managers taking notes. After a month or two I finally received a called back asking me to come in for a orientation and they would like me to work for them.
