I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IKEA in Nov 2014
Interview
The process was very long. It took about three months to complete the process. The first thing I did was fill out the application online and then I received a phone interview a couple of weeks after that. At the end of the phone interview the lady told the store would be contacting me for face to face interview in two weeks. It took them about close the three weeks to contact me for the face to face interview. The face to face interview went great. I was interview by two members of the manager team.At the interview they told me they would contact me in three weeks with a decision. This took place the week before Thanksgiving and I didn't receive a call back offering me the job until the first week of the new year.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (London, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
Online assesment, got an email a few days later asking to attend an interview, I replied to email saying I couldn't go and were there any other dates? Got an email a few days later, attended group interveiw. Very laid back, do an ice breaker, ask you to pick a product and say why you chose it and then they ask for whacky ideas for the product. They then ask for best and worst customer service? It's all about your personality. If you pass this they then do individual interveiws, asking about your avaliability and general interview questions.
This was all on Thursday and I got a telephone call today Tuesday saying I got the job and to come in for training Tuesday - Thursday next week.

Question 1
No difficult ones, just about how you prioritise tasks... No biggie. I just panicked on that one.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IKEA
Interview
Very relaxed interviewer, gave me tips on how to be a better interview prospective (was very new.) The office area was very modern and the overall team that greeted me as I walked to the interview room were welcoming. The interviewer asked me about previous jobs and not-work related interests, and seemed interested in me as a person and not a potential wage slave.
