The interview process for a graphic designer position at IKEA may include the following stages: 1. Initial screening: This may involve a phone or video call with a recruiter or HR representative to discuss your qualifications, experience, and interest in the position. 2. Portfolio review: You may be asked to submit a portfolio of your work, which will be reviewed by the hiring team. They will be looking for examples of your design skills, creativity, and ability to work with the IKEA brand. 3. First-round interview: This is typically a phone or video call with the hiring manager, where you will be asked more in-depth questions about your design experience, skills, and interest in the role. You may also be asked to complete a design exercise or problem-solving challenge. 4. Second-round interview: This may involve an in-person or virtual interview with the hiring manager and other members of the team. You may be asked to present your design work and discuss your process and approach to design challenges. You may also be asked to complete a collaborative design exercise with other members of the team. 5. Final interview: This may involve a meeting with senior leadership or executives to discuss your fit within the organization and the IKEA culture. You may also be asked to provide references and/or take a personality assessment. 6.
