IKEA Graphic Designer interview questions

The overall interview was fairly easy & interesting. Started with a telephonic screening with the HR, then interview with the team leads followed by and a technical assignment and few critical thinking rounds. What I personally didn’t like was the lack of response from the HR team I was in contact with. I would have really appreciated an honest professional response on my application. I still don’t know what my status is which just is a huge reflection of their internal management style and communication. I was also told that the salary was low but increases as you go grow (don’t know the growth scope) during the first interview round. A little disappointed, but appreciated the honesty.
