IKEA Sales interview questions

I interviewed at Ikea and was told I was a great fit for the role, however I didn’t receive a call or email for over a month after my interview. Then finally I was informed I got the job, however at that point there was such a bad taste in my mouth by their unprofessionalism that I was not looking forward to joining the company any more

Long interview process you have to do 3 separate interview rounds just as a cashier or sales first interview is a recorded one second is a group interview and third is a one on one interview. You must show them you are interested by asking g multiple questions in the second round this is what they are looking for
