IKEA Sales interview questions

It was a 2-round face-to-face interview. The first one was easy, they ask you basic questions like the reason you want to work there. The second interviewer asked specifically about sales and team work.

Very detailed interview, uplifting and enthusiastic. I was put on the hot seat. However it was very natural. I met with two commercial sales managers and the commercial sales leader who asked me "if you were a title to a book, what would it be?" I thought it was brilliant! Had three interviews before I heard the good news. Took a couple weeks. However I understand why they interview the way they do. They only want the best candidates.
