ING Intern interview questions

The interview is currently underway and is being conducted in a professional yet conversational manner. The hiring manager is posing a series of behavioral and situational questions, focusing on my past project experiences and problem-solving capabilities. I am actively responding by utilizing the STAR method to structure my answers, ensuring they are concise and outcome-oriented. Simultaneously, I am attentively observing the interviewers' body language and reactions to gauge their engagement. The overall atmosphere is respectful and positive, allowing for a genuine two-way exchange about the role and my potential fit within the team.
