ING interview questions

The interview involved a 15 minute phone interview followed by a half an hour video panel interview. The questions asked were fairly standard. There was a 'simulation exercise' for you to do during the video interview but you only had 5 minutes to answer all of the questions so you have to be quick.

The interview was fairly simple. I applied online and then about 2-3 weeks later I received an email from the hiring manager inviting me to an interview. The phone call was about 15-20 minutes. then later I spoke to two MDS. It was pretty much the same questions purely behaviroal
