The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ING (Brüssel) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was supposed to be a 4 steps process: CV selection, 4 online tests to pass, an interview with the HR officer and a final interview with some team managers.
I passed through the first 2 steps and received an email saying that I was supposed to wait to be interviewed, but it was a lie.
The HR lady invented some excuse to say that my profile wasn’t strong enough before that. I just wanted to know why select my CV and make me waste my time in 4 pointless tests if she already knew that I wasn’t “strong enough” for her standards. So tired of these HR people playing with other people’s hope.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ING (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
general interview questions regarding past experience and skills. Two rounds technical and business interview with hiring manager and team members. One round open discussion about role with HR person and program manager
