The people were extremely friendly and nice. Personal fit is very important. Talking about how the job looks like (working hours, deals), also how the team ist structured. Then, also technical questions (DCF, WACC..), typical M&A questions and not unfair.
Chill - I got a phone interview. Then, I proceeded onto the in-person interview where they had around 3 interviewers come in from the Sales team. They tested me on a lot of behavioral questions rather than technical ones.
Very smooth. Initial recruiter call, then 2 technical rounds, 1 competency based, HR .
