With tests included, the entire procedure took a little over one month.
First round was a CV-based selection.
This selection was followed by a number of online tests.
After that there was an interview with the team's manager and a colleague where a few questions were asked to probe the interviewee's knowledge.
Received an offer from HR two days after.
The procedure tended to feel chaotic at times because of contact with HR, so it required some tight follow-up from my end.

Quick, direct and simple. Was referred by a friend, then contacted a few days later by a recruiter to be screened . From there I was then scheduled for a in person interview. The entire process took a few weeks to complete.
