The hiring process at ING takes an average of 60 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Software Engineer had the quickest hiring process (on average 30 days), whereas Digital Media Specialist roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 90 days).
LinkedIn application, CV and cover letter, phone screening and got 2nd round of interviews. It went well, but I needed more interview experience. I asked them for feedback and they provided it.
It was test challenge. I got eliminated after this so not aware of entire process. That wasnt shared at the beginning. But I think it continues with a couple of more techinical interviews.
