Why companies do M&A, what different types of M&A?
Interesting process after all. Interviewer is super friendly. Don’t need to take extra preparation except normal behavioural questions. Be sure to prepare some financial news updates but it will be OK if you cannot answer properly because they understand you are just a student. Soooo nice!
