IQVIA Associate Director interview questions

Had 4-5 rounds of discussions even with the head level after discussing the compensation before even starting the interviews. After selection they suddenly said we cannot offer much and were offering even below my current salary. Totally no Professionalism.

Had three virtual interviews, having invested time prepping and researching. Process went on for a few weeks. Then received an automated email saying I wasn’t being progressed. Bit insulting after having had conversations which had gone well. Chased up a recruiter to find out the role had been pulled completely and they weren’t going to hire anyone. Seemed quite disorganised. Suggestion for IQVIA: if candidates invest time in meeting your team, have the decency to contact them personally to let them know the outcome, rather than send an automated rejection.
