IQVIA Associate Director interview questions

Extremely long waiting time for an interview to be started. After a few weeks of waiting I was invited to join interview. Two stages - first one with Global Security Director, second - with CISO (had to ask as he did not even introduced himself).

The phone screen with HR Manager gave me an overview of the hiring process, which included 3 additional steps. HR associate scheduled the next interview within a few days after phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, the communication ended. Completely. No responses to thank you email, follow-up emails or phone check-ins. Application for the position is still open after 2 months of being ghosted.
