I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Indeed in Apr 2021
Interview
The Process was quite seamless. I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a telephonic screening round followed by three scheduled interviews on a same day, on after the other. First round was more on stakeholder management skills and candidate connect. Few behavioural, situation based questions. Second round was a sourcing exercise. Third was a general conversation with the manager. The feedback was given on the same day within few hours and a final round happened with the Director of Talent Acquisition
Really appreciate the quick, seamless and a transparent recruitment process that Indeed has in place.

I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed in Oct 2020
Interview
I happened to apply for the job in Oct '20 and was shortly contacted by an Indeed recruiter. They were quite interested in my experience and background.
Interview was setup through Karat after a short screening by the company recruiter.
After the interview, I never heard back from the recruiter again. They did not even care of call or even send me an email to let me know how I did, and that they aren't considering me for the position.
I found this to be odd and it wasn't a pleasant experience interviewing with them.
