KPMG Assistant Manager interview questions

Manager (1st Interview): Google 'most common interview competency questions' and study those in detail, very scripted interview. E.g... Give me a time when you faced a dilemma in the workforce / implemented a solution to improve efficiency. Also personal questions about my role, my motivations, my strengths and weaknesses. Heard back in 2 business days. Associate Partner (2nd Interview) - Questions about the trends in the industry, my motivations - commercial awareness is key here whilst also demonstrating you match the companies values. Partner (Final Interview) - more technical questions about my current role and whether I'd be a good fit for the role - gave time for questions at the end. All in all the process was super slick and informative, usually took 2-3 days to hear back from each interview. The partners were very professional and went into a lot of depth on the questions you asked. Received an offer the same week as my final interview.
