Use of Ebitda rather than Net profit while evaluating value of firm

3 rounds, the first round was the online test, which had reading comprehension, fill in the blanks, grammar check, etc, the second part of the test had average accounting questions like ratios, journals, etc and the last part was the Investment banking, which was a little tough.
The second round was the face-to-face interview, and the last round was the HR round.
