KPMG Associate Consultant interview questions

the process began with two difficult individual aptitude tests which were a week apart and followed by 2 tough interviews - one with HR and managers from chosen function or unit

4 hours assessment day via teams. First 1h presentation followed by 1h interview (standard strengths/weaknesses etc questions) + short market sizing case. This was followed by a 20 min business case to be completed using word, excel, and/or powerpoint and presented to a consultant. After this, we had a short chat with some junior consultants and then, lastly, we had a 1h 20min group case with 3 candidates in each group. Here we got to use word, excel and powerpoint as well.
