Manager Interview: One hour to prepare for case presentation, the case was about 4-5 pages. Had to choose one from two questions to answer. Presentation time was 10 minutes, followed by possible follow-up questions from manager. After case presentation was getting to know you part in which the manager asked about stuffs on your application form. Whole interview lasted for around 45 minutes.
Partner Interview: Received almost one month after. Just some questions on the application form again, lasted for only around 15 minutes.

Applied through online. Less than a week later, got an email requesting I schedule time for a phone interview that will basically assess my initial qualifications for the post. The phone interview was conducted by a lady from another country. I guess I will get feedback in a week's time.
