The interview process was structured but friendly. It began with an online application and an aptitude/analytical test. This was followed by an HR screening call and then one or two rounds of technical interviews with audit managers/partners. Questions focused on accounting fundamentals, auditing scenarios, Excel skills and some behavioral questions. The final step was an HR round discussing fit, expectations and salary. Overall, the process was smooth and professional.
