What I had was an on campus interview, they are all very friendly and professional. The interviews were very conversational. I had two 30 mins interviews back to back, one with a partner, the other with a senior manager.
Compared with other jobs I applied to, the application process at KPMG was pretty efficient and organised. I was invited to an assessment centre where they do all the tests and interviews in one day rather than drawing them out over a few weeks like other places do. The day involved a group assessment, a case study, then a one-on-one interview. It took almost all day but they made a real effort to make sure it was a relaxed environment.
