I was invited to attend a virtual interview with two senior associates. The interview was pretty casual. There was a mix of small talk with technical questions related to accounting principles and scenarios. They asked about my motivation for applying, and at the end of the interview gave me time to ask them questions about the position. The interviewers were professional and courteous.
