It takes three sections - group assessment, individual interview, and writing a report. The group assessment is about your innovation skills. Mostly not about the specific skills, the assessor is looking how you play in the group discussion. The individual interview is much easier as I have prepared answers for those questions. The writing is about performing a report. It has time limit and the important thing in this section is to complete it with appropriate structure. The launch pad started from about 8am and finished at about 5pm.
