Prima un test scritto con domande principalmente incentrate sulla contabilità. Poi una prova di inglese. In seguito il colloquio attitudinale è stato una piacevole chiacchierata. Poi il colloquio tecnico con il senior con domande più tecniche, in cui è fondamentale dimostrare la capacità di elaborare informazioni e soprattutto di produrre ragionamenti. Infine un colloquio con un partner. Complessivamente processo piacevole e ben strutturato.
