2. Interview Process
Step 1: Self-introduction
The duration is 1-2 minutes. Some managers will ask, "Have you prepared the presentation in English or Chinese?"
Both the Chinese and English versions of the proposal should be prepared, and they can be flexibly switched according to the manager's requirements.
Step 2: Deep Dive into the Resume
The manager will listen carefully and ask for details. The experiences listed on the resume must be true and can withstand scrutiny.
Common Questions:
"What specific tasks did you undertake during your internship at xx?"
"Have you encountered any difficulties? How did you solve them?"
"Why didn't you stay at the previous internship company?"
Step 3: Issues related to behavior/motivation
Like other big four, basic behavioral question and your experience. First round with HR and then manager, in the end with the partner. At that time, the three rounds of interviews were all conducted online. It was not so hard. No surprise.
