Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Gesprächsrunden, in denen ich jeweils einen Case bearbeiten musste. Die Cases waren anspruchsvoll, aber fair gestellt und gaben mir die Möglichkeit, meine analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie meine Herangehensweise an komplexe Fragestellungen zu zeigen. Die Interviewer waren durchweg freundlich, professionell und offen, was zu einer angenehmen Gesprächsatmosphäre beigetragen hat. Insgesamt empfand ich den Prozess als strukturiert und wertschätzend.

Die wichtigste Frage war für mich, wie ich bei einem offenen, unklaren Problem strukturiert vorgehe und welche Annahmen ich dabei treffe. Dabei ging es weniger um die „richtige“ Lösung, sondern darum, meine Denkweise, Priorisierung, Kommunikation und den Umgang mit Unsicherheit nachvollziehbar darzustellen.
