Firstly I to submitted an online application with four to five open questions. Then I immediately received an online test and a video interview to finish within 72 hours. If successful, you will have a chance to interview with a manager and a partner.

Question 1
Online test was full of fun. It was firstly a five-minute aptitude test, and several interesting game challenges. I think the game focuses more on numerical skills.
The video interview was mostly about self-introduction and teamwork behavioural questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview is with the HR manager, asked a few competency questions. Generally polite. This was after the long and tedious application form. Then a few more online tests. They kept on rescheduled it a few times but I did have the interview at the end.

Question 1
Who is the potential customer of KPMG and how do you think KPMG can benefit them ?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Kopenhagen, Region Hovedstaden) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was not impressed with the recruitment process for the program. Firstly, this is their first year of the program and personally, I felt that they did not have a clear idea about the requirements/structure.
Although portraying themselves as being international, I was surprised to learn that they had 2 other weeks of recruitment centers that were targeted for Nordic candidates and there were only 12 people who were invited to what they referred to as the "International Applicants". However, of the 12 only 4 of us were international, while the remaining were Nordic students who just happened to study elsewhere.
They had a 5 day recruitment process and success of moving on to the next day depended on your performance in the previous day which I felt was a bit strange. Also I was the only candidate who flew in from another country and they did not compensate my travel expenses which left me quite puzzled.
The first day was more about introducing about the company and the program which I felt was more of a drag. This was followed by a "Speed-Interviewing" Session where I was interviewed by 3 people (1 from Consulting, 1 from Internal HR and 1 from an External HR agency) for 5 minutes each. All of them pretty much asked me the same question which surprised me even more.
Although I felt I gave a decent performance, I was not selected to move on to the following days.
On the whole, I felt that KPMG Denmark did not know what they were doing and the entire process seemed like a big joke!
