About a week later I completed a telephone interview, which involved some questions about the company and why you wanted to join it. There were also two questions and situations you might encounter and how you would react to them. This was followed by an assessment centre, which included an analysis report, role play exercise and in tray exercise. The structure had changed since I completed my assessment centre.
