There are three steps: first an attitudinal test in order to check the english level and the accounting knowledge<, then there is a test more focus on your own personality, habits and studies and then a technical test about your future role in the company.

In your opinion, what is the purpose of the balance sheet?
It was not an easy one definitely. They did test my hr skills and technical knowledge.
All the questions were almost based on the subject auditing and my strenghths, weaknesses, introduction and so on.
The interview process included meeting various team members at different levels (roughly 2 to 3 depending on level of entry). Questions asked were on previous experience, how you'd handle situations, and a few unique ones.
