First you had to apply online within the time frame. Then you had to complete some online questions. There was also a online aptitude tests and video questions. This process was not particularly difficult however it was very nerve-racking and time pressured. I would suggest practicing or researching online before attempting any of the online components.

Just be yourself. do not be too nervous. my phone interview has spoiled as I did not prepare much. So, whenever you apply this company, just be prepare yourself anytime.
