I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KPMG (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
It was a two part virtual interview, back to back for 30 min each.
First one was somewhat formal, second one was informal. They asked a few behavioral questions, like how do you manage work life and school life, how do you deal with difficult team member, what did you do when you made a mistake and what you learnt from it, what’s your biggest accomplishment. Basically they want to see if you can work in a team and if you can carry in a conversation.

Question 1
What did you learn from your last place of employment?
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had an initial interview that had general behavioral questions and then was able to move onto the second round. During the second round I was invited to the office to interview there.
The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire
