I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur) in Feb 2019
Interview
Submitted application through online. After which, was asked to complete an online assessment test. Was then called down for a face-to-face interview. Interviewer ask pretty standard questions. It was quite chill and more like a conversation. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Resolution and presentation regarding a short case study in a group of 5 people. The recruiter was interested in the logic behind our solution, rather that in the solution itself. The purpose was to understand how you'd behave in a team and how you'd structure your thoughts.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KPMG (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
Had a firm sponsored happy hour the night before that had some Senior Associates present to see how you interacted with others and if you would fit in with the culture. This was clearly part 1 of the interview process. Had some good conversations with the KPMG employees that attended, and received positive feedback during my interview. On campus interview comprised entirely of behavioral questions. The recruiter had no problem challenging my responses, and appreciated my follow-up questions at the end.
