Applied online through their internship application website. Met with two senior managers in different service lines. 30 minutes per interview. Asked me like two questions for 10 minutes then I had to facilitate the conversation for the last 20. If you can hold a conversation and ask good questions, you'll be fine.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur) in May 2022
Interview
There were a few aptitude tests that has to be done beforehand and you have to go through an interview with the hiring manager. The interview process with the hiring manager was pretty okay, asking about how you would handle and resolve certain work situations

Question 1
An example of a difficult work situation and how did you manage to solve it?
The interview process at KPMG was well-structured and professional. It began with an online assessment testing numerical and verbal reasoning, followed by an HR phone interview that focused on my background and motivation for joining the firm. Next was a technical or competency-based interview with a manager, where I was asked scenario-based questions and about relevant experience. The final stage involved a more in-depth discussion with a senior leader, covering team fit, work ethic, and alignment with KPMG’s values. Overall, the process was smooth, communicative, and gave a good sense of the firm's culture.
