Had an initial confirmation phone call after they received my application, to confirm some details and set up a phone appointment. Phone interview with HR went fine, basically checking skills against basic role criteria. Then had a follow up phone call with a member of the team I was joining - again, went fine and once shortlisted I had another interview call with MD, followed by in-person meeting with same person. Overall, it went pretty smoothly but I did get passed around across a number of contacts and I wasn't sure how they fitted in.
