I passed SJT. No other tests or interviews. Only video interview asking you to tell about your passion in life in 2 min. I think it is odd and to be frank it can not really tests someone's ability.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
A very long-winded process, including many steps along the way (iq test, phone interview, assessment day and the final interview) and they don't necessary happen one right afte another. For me it took months to get to the final stage. Apparently there is a 80% chance to get selected, but don't be complacent. It is still an equally difficult part and you will be said no to if you don't prepare enough! The three main things they are after are career motivation, business awareness and what they call makes an impact. For me personally, it was important to have kept in mind of always mentioning the impact any news or events in the world would make to KPMG and to my job as a consultant there. Apparently, even if you are perfect for the role, unless you say everything to tick all the boxes, I can tell you from experience you won't get the role

Question 1
Tell me what has been happening in the news lately
Hiring and interview process quite straightforward. DO YOUR RESEARCH! You can find some questions online on KPMG website or on numerous forums and websites. Prepare for competency based questions and just general commercial awareness questions (for example: What factors would a UK company that is planning to locate overseas consider? Think of a company that is facing problems, what are those problems? What opportunities that company has?) and read everything about KPMG and the area you are applying! If you do that its gonna be easy.
